Q: How can I get a unique code card? 
A: One of the Haven Team will give you a card with your large drinks order. 

Q: Where can I find the unique code?
A: The unique code can be found on the card.

Q: Is the promotion open to only Haven guests? 
A: Yes, to enter the promotion you need to be on resort – this includes holiday makers or owners and you need to be 18 years old or over. This promotion excludes anybody related to the promoter’s or associated agencies.

Q: How many times can I enter?
A:  Entry to the promotion is based on one entry per large dispensed drink purchased. 

Q: How do I enter:
A:  To Enter: Buy a large Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite No Sugar, Dr Pepper Zero or Schweppes Lemonade in person and receive a unique code card.
To enter the draw, guests must scan QR code to register on the microsite. You will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

Q: How will I know if I am a winner?
A: Winners of the entertainment bundles and cinema tickets will be selected within 7 days of the promotion’s end date and will be notified by email to confirm they have won within 14 days of being selected.

Q: Can I change my prize?
A: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and there are no cash or other alternatives. If for any reason a winner chooses not to take up a prize or fails to respond to the Promoter’s notification within the time frame stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter’s reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

Q: How many prizes can I win?
A: Each large drink’s order constitutes an entry. There are no limits on the number of entries. But each person can win one prize.
